Concept Plan
The Coombs and Wright Concept Plan is part of the Territory Plan and compliance is administered via the building certification process. To find out more about the process visit the ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) website or speak to a qualified certifier.
The Concept Plan needs to be read in conjunction with the Housing Development Guide.
If there are any inconsistencies between the documents in the Territory Plan, the Coombs and Wright Concept Plan will override the requirements of the current Residential Zones - Single Dwelling Housing Development Code but only to the extent of the inconsistency.
For example, Rules 62 and 63 outlined in the Coombs and Wright Concept Plan override Rule 3 of the Residential Zones - Single Dwelling Housing Development Code which is Attachment F of the Wright Stage 1 Housing Development Guide.
