Section AP

Section AP sold via tender in September 2010 to MPK Investments Pty Ltd. It is located at the southern end of Molonglo Valley’s main arterial road, John Gorton Drive, and will provide a landmark entrance to the estate.

Section BC sold via tender in September 2010 to Mascot Homes PTY LTD. This site is located in the cetnre of Wright and will feature up to 18 townhouse/courtyard style homes.

Section AO

Section AO was sold via tender in December 2010 to Intelligent Group Pty Ltd. The 7,456 sqm site is located on the corner of Cotter Road and the future John Gorton Drive. It is a high density multi-unit site and will see the construction of up to 75 dwellings.

Section AV - Terrace Sites

The terrace sites in Section AV were sold via tender in December 2010 to 30 Forde Pty Ltd. The site which is located located adjacent to Uriarra Road is is 8,484m² and will accommodate 25 terrace dwellings.
